FEATURES OF HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT IN THE PRACTICE OF INTERNATIONAL BANKING MANAGEMENT

At the moment, competition based on the services offered in the banking system has replaced the competition based on new technologies and prices. Banks with large capital, equipped with technological solutions, changing the volume of services and price spectrum, also change the speed and efficiency of the services provided, thereby increasing the level of satisfaction of visitors. To survive in such competitive markets, banks need to optimally assess their effectiveness. The most significant internal factor characteristic of the market, which can be crucial for the competitive effectiveness of any bank, is a factor in the management of human resources.
