VALUE OF CULTURE IN NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL TRADE ORGANIZATIONS

Modern society is characterized by a high rate of scientific and technological progress and information, globalization and internationalization of the world economy. This leads to a rapprochement and interpenetration of national business cultures. Culture defines basic values and attitudes of people that have a great influence on the thoughts and actions of men, in the attitude to work, for others, for the law on the management style, manner of communication, business practices, and so on.
In this article we referred to modern foreign national culture models. We also presented our developed questionnaire that allows identifying peculiarities of national culture in commercial organizations, as well as the importance of organizational culture and collaboration with international organizations.
