THE WAYS OF DEVELOPING OF A FREE COMPETITIVE ENVIRONMENT IN THE AGRO FOOD FIELD IN THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA

One of the main and important condition for sustainable development and formation of liberal economic system in Agro food field in every country is the existence of effective competitive environment. The analysis of the competition situation in the Agro food field of the Republic of Armenia and 10 years of experience in competition legislation implementation show that the mechanisms aimed at regulating the actions and other negative conducts restricting competition, which are prescribed by legislation, still contain the gaps and do not promote formation of healthy competitive environment in the country. The improvement of the efficiency as well as the pecularities of Agro food field need to develop new approaches and conduct related activities.
