THE ISSUES OF IMPLEMENTING E-BUSINESS AMONGSTTHE SMES IN RA

The article presents the significance and the roles of e-commerce and digital business, for the SMEsas well as the problems and obstacles for the introduction of e-business. This point of view shows the paths of overcoming barriers and obstacles for the developingelectronic business and e-commerce for SMEs, accordingly, internal and external factors are considered. The key stages for introducing digital commerce are presented, and the required volume of investments is estimated. The article also presents practical introduction of e-commerce, particularly different approaches of creating a website: by own sources and outsourcing, as well their advantages and disadvantages are presented. The practical introduction of e-commerce is discussed by building a web site: based on the approaches to its implementation by own forces and outsourcing, as well their advantages and disadvantages are presented. The article elaborates a schematic roadmap, its key components and the main criterias for the developing e-commerce and e-business for SMEs.
