THE PROBLEMS OF DETERMINING THE DOMINANT POSITION IN THE ANTI MONOPOLY LEGISLATION OF ARMENIA AND FOREIGN COUNTRIES

Keywords: dominant position, monopoly position, antimonopoly legislation, economic competition.
The dominant position is one of the key concepts of Armenian and foreign antimonopoly legislation.
Developed countries during determinination of the dominant position mainly use qualitative indicators, while the antimonopoly legislation of the CIS countries is focused on quantitative indicators.
The antimonopoly legislation of the Republic of Armenia has undergone many changes since the adoption of the law, but now needs a number of improvements, especially with a view of clarifying the principles of recognizing a dominant position based on market power, collective domination, and the principles of recognizing trading networks as dominant.
The article is devoted to the development of solutions to these problems.
